This site is operated by Imad Rashid — an independent developer and Founder & CTO of Tritech Solutions, based in Pakistan. References to "I," "me," or "the operator" mean Imad Rashid personally. For business engagements through Tritech Solutions, a separate contract will be provided.

What this site collects
1. Page views (anonymous)
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics product that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites. It aggregates:
- Page path visited (e.g.
/work/chirosimple) - Referrer (which site linked you here)
- Approximate country (derived from IP, not stored)
- Device type and browser
- Core Web Vitals (how fast the page loaded)
No individual profile is built. No IP addresses are stored. Cloudflare's own privacy terms are at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
2. Things you send me directly
If you book a call via Cal.com, send a WhatsApp message, email me, or fill anything out on the contact page, I receive and keep whatever you send until our correspondence is complete or I no longer need it. Typically this means your name, email, and the content of your message. I use this information to reply to you and scope any potential engagement. I do not sell it, share it with marketing partners, or put it into an email list.
3. Local storage on your device
To remember your preferences, this site sets values in your browser's localStorage — stored on your device, never sent to my server. Keys used:

You can clear these anytime through your browser's site-data settings.
Third-party services loaded by this site
When you visit pages that use them, your browser loads assets from these third parties. I do not send them any extra information; they see what your browser tells them.
- Cloudflare Pages — hosting. Sees the HTTP request like any web host. Cloudflare privacy
- Google Fonts — loads Space Grotesk, Inter, JetBrains Mono. Google receives your IP when fonts load. Google privacy
- Cal.com — booking widget. When you open the "Book a call" modal or submit a booking, your name, email, and any details you enter go to Cal.com. Cal.com privacy
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics script. Cloudflare privacy
No advertising networks. No social-media pixels. No retargeting.
Cookies
This site and its current analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) do not set cookies. If that ever changes — for example, if I add a tool that requires cookies — a consent banner will appear on your next visit and you'll be able to accept or reject.

How long I keep things
- Anonymous analytics: 6 months, rolling, per Cloudflare defaults.
- Emails and messages from you: until our correspondence is complete or I no longer need them for an engagement.
- Cal.com booking data: per Cal.com's retention (typically tied to your Cal.com account and the calendar entry).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California, similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:
- Ask me what information I have about you (usually: what you emailed me)
- Ask me to correct it or delete it
- Object to my using it, or ask me to restrict how I use it

Children
This is a B2B freelance site. It's not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
International transfers
I work with clients worldwide, so any information you send me may be accessed from Pakistan (my base) or wherever I'm working at the time. Cloudflare's analytics and hosting operate a global edge network. If you have specific data-residency requirements (for example, EU-only storage under GDPR Article 28), raise it on the discovery call — it'll be handled in the engagement contract, not here.
HIPAA and sensitive-industry engagements
This policy governs the public website — not the private engagement work I do for clients. When I work on HIPAA-regulated systems, a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governs that relationship. Nothing on this public site stores, transmits, or interacts with Protected Health Information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted briefly near the top for at least a month.
